Response times
We aim to reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, UK time). Sometimes faster, occasionally slower around weekends and bank holidays. If you have not heard back within two working days, your message may have been caught in spam — try us again.
Refunds

Press, partnerships, wedding suppliers
Same email. Mention what you are working on and we will reply with whatever is helpful — assets, quotes, a chat. We are happy to talk to wedding planners, venues, photographers, and content creators who think their couples would benefit from Said & Kept.
