Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Said & Kept isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no quibble.

How to request a refund

Email hello@saidandkept.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Tell us briefly what wasn’t right — it helps us improve, but isn’t required for the refund.

What happens next

  • We’ll reply within 2 working days to confirm.
  • The refund is processed via Paddle, our payment partner, back to the card you paid with.
  • It usually appears in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your card provider.
  • Your Said & Kept account and any messages collected will be deleted unless you ask us to keep them.

After 14 days

Once the 14-day window has passed, purchases are non-refundable. If something has gone wrong with the service itself, please still get in touch — we’ll always try to put it right.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
