Do guests need an account to leave a message?
No. Guests open your link or scan your QR code, choose a prompt, and write a message from their phone. No app, no account, no awkward setup. They just write.
Is the wedding page private?
Yes. Your page lives at a custom link (saidandkept.com/w/your-slug). It is not listed anywhere, not indexed by search engines, and only people you share the link with can find it. Messages are only visible to you and your partner in your dashboard.
Can we use Said & Kept before the wedding?
Yes. Many couples set it up weeks or months ahead and share the link in their wedding WhatsApp group, on the back of save-the-dates, or with people who cannot make the day. Messages roll in over time, ready for you to read on the morning of the wedding or whenever feels right.
Can we use it after the wedding?
Yes. Some of the best messages arrive in the week after the wedding once people have had time to reflect. Your link stays active forever — there is no shut-off date.
Can guests leave more than one message?
Yes. A guest who comes back later can leave another message — perhaps a longer one, or a different prompt, or a saved-for-later note.
Can guests save a message for our first anniversary?
Yes. When a guest writes a message they can choose to save it for your first anniversary, five years from now, or a specific future date. We hold onto it and email it to you at the right moment.
Can older guests use it?
Yes — and they do. The form is plain, the prompts are gentle, and there is nothing to download. If a guest can scan a QR code with their phone and write a text message, they can use Said & Kept. If anyone gets stuck, you can offer to write the message on their behalf.
Can we download our messages?
Yes. Your keepsake can be downloaded as a print-shop-ready PDF. Save it forever, print it at home, or send it to a local print shop for a real bound book.
Is it a subscription?
No. Said & Kept is a one-off payment. You pay once and your wedding messages are yours forever. No recurring charges, no renewals.
How much does it cost?
£49 in the UK, $49 everywhere else. One payment, includes VAT or local tax. There are no upsells.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@saidandkept.com and we will refund you. See our refund policy for full details.
What happens if someone leaves a message we do not want in the keepsake?
You can hide any individual message from your keepsake view and the printable book. Hidden messages stay in your account so you can change your mind, or you can permanently delete them. Full control sits with you.
Can we share the page with guests who cannot attend?
Yes — and many couples do. Some of the most thoughtful messages come from family overseas or friends who could not make the day. The link works for anyone you share it with.
Will Said & Kept disappear in a few years?
Said & Kept is operated by Moken Digital Ltd, a UK-registered company. If we ever had to wind the service down, we would give you 30 days' notice and make sure you can download your keepsake before anything is deleted. Your messages stay yours.
